Kara Alchin is a Licensed Real Estate Agent who has been in the industry for the past 14 years, starting as a receptionist back in 2012 and working her way up to her current position as Office Manager at Macarthur United Realty.

As Office Manager, Kara specialises in keeping the agency up to date with legistlative requirements and managing the hard working staff within the business to ensure they are keeping in line with Fair Trading Guidelines. She also specialises in Commercial and Retail Lease preparation 

Working alongside the Owners, Jake & Glen Alchin, Kara has formed a real passion for the family business and therefore strives to provide the best possible service to her clients.

Kara comes from a managerial retail background, working as a Regional Manager for many years prior to commencing her career in Property Management and in time picked up vital skills along the way that she implements on a daily basis.

Kara has extensive knowledge of the rental market and oversees the Property Management and office admin team to ensure the upmost professionalism is continued.
